A cancellation fee of 100% of the price for the session applies for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the session. If you book an appointment, do not cancel it within 24 hours and do not show up, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
The reason for charging the cancellation fee is because someone else may have been able to have taken the spot had you cancelled earlier. I understand that there are times where things happen outside of your control and you are unable to make your appointment, but please be mindful that my time also needs to be respected.
Constant cancellations may result in me not accepting any bookings for future sessions from you.
