Breathwork is one of the simplest but most powerful tools we have.
We breathe without thinking, but when we breathe with awareness, everything shifts. It’s a gentle but deep practice that supports your emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
I offer breathwork in Wollongong and online for those ready to tune in and clear what’s no longer needed, one breath at a time.
Our breath is directly connected to our nervous system and it is our nervous system that holds a lot of our stress and trauma. When we’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, our breathing becomes shallow and stuck in our chest. But when we’re relaxed, our breath naturally becomes slower and deeper, often starting in the belly.
Conscious breathwork helps shift us into a more regulated state (what’s known as the ventral vagal state), where the body feels safe enough to process and release what it’s been holding, whether it’s emotional stress, physical tension, or even unprocessed trauma.
When we breathe with intention, the body knows what to do. It begins to clear out what no longer needs to stay. Such breathwork helps you release stress, regulate your energy and nervous system, and reconnect you back to your body.
I may incorporate breathwork in my intuitive healing sessions (whether in Wollongong or online) when I feel it’s the right support for what’s coming up for you. It’s gentle, powerful, and guided by what your body is ready to move through.

What type of breathwork do you do?
The breathwork that I do is really gentle and focused on working with a calmer and more spacious nervous system than the breathwork that is incredibly activating. This breathwork really focuses on you being in your body and noticing what comes up without judgement.
Would your whole session be focused on breathwork?
Breathwork is a technique that the Guides may ask me to take you through as part of your Intuitive Healing session. Sometimes a good chunk of the session will be the breathwork, and other times, there won’t be much or any at all.
Whether this is a technique that is utilised is fully guided by Spirit.
