Each session is uniquely catered to you and what are you willing to do at that specific time, and will draw upon my skills as an intuitive energy healer and body worker including shamanic healing, breathwork, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and mentoring/coaching. My aim for every intuitive healing session is to empower you in your own healing, and I do that by giving you tools that you can use to continue to help yourself process what you need to process.
Face to face, online or over the phone intuitive healing sessions (otherwise referred to as live sessions): These are for a duration of 60 or 90 mins. I suggest that you go with the duration of the session that you’re drawn to have with me.
Remote or distance intuitive healing sessions will go for as long as they need to. You do not need to book a time or a date to have it done. We will not be doing it “live” and you can go about your day as usual. Upon your purchase of a remote intuitive healing session, please send me your intention for the session and I will do it within 1 Business Day of your purchase. Once I have completed the session, I will send you a brief email summary of what came up. You may then ask some questions to gain further clarity. You may also wish to tune into the energy of the session as well if you are energetically sensitive.
My best advice is to expect nothing and be open to everything. These healing sessions are multi-dimensional, so sometimes the information that comes through will be something that you would never expect and yet deep down, it makes sense and you know it’s true.
For face to face/online/phone intuitive healing sessions, we will start off with a brief discussion around what you would like to work on. Once that’s done, we will dive into it. I will connect with the Spirit Guides and will channel energy and do whatever it is as direct by them. This may involve a bit of talking to consciously explore and help you see why things are happening the way they do, there may be silence as I just go about the work, you’ll probably hear noises coming from me like blowing out, singing or whistling as I use these tools to clear and transmute energy, I might take you through guided meditations, etc. If you need to move or say something, do it. These sessions flow and take on a life of their own.
You may feel, see, sense sensations within and around your body, recall memories that you haven’t thought about in years, get emotional, etc. My advice is to let it out and do what you need to do.
For remote sessions, there is nothing you need to do as I tune into your energy from afar and do the work. Whilst it is happening, or perhaps even before or after, you may feel emotional, lighter, things may get worse before they get better, etc. It’s hard to say as everyone is uniquely different so how you process and integrate the session is different. Once I’m done, I’ll send you an email summary of what came up and what happened.
Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that. As human beings, we are so complex and whatever issues we have can have many layers. A session will be able to help shift some of the energies around a particular issue, but from experience I’ve found that you will generally need a few sessions to help you
That said, sometimes people will notice a MASSIVE difference to what they had originally come for, and others will have moved significantly on a particular issue but then a few months or years down the track the same issue will rear its head again (generally at a more deeper level). For example, inner child issues may pop up occasionally across a person’s life as well as issues concerning parents.
Ultimately, whether or not a problem is 100% resolved is entirely up to your soul and its journey. What I can say is that in each session you will get EXACTLY what you are needing at that point in time (as directed by your higher self).
No. I stopped providing massages from 2020 onwards so no session will involve a full massage. There may be some trigger pointing or fascial unwinding if needed, but remedial or relaxation massages, as well as a full on myofascial release will not be offered.
If you’re new, I would recommend getting a remote spiritual clearing from me first.
The reason for this is because if you have not been cleared of negative external energies that may be affecting you, that can affect the information coming through from the Guides during a healing session. For example, some negative entities may try to block you from receiving a proper healing or give misleading information to prevent the actual issue being addressed.
Having a clearing first can then assist us in getting to the heart of the matter (unless the clearing itself addresses the issues you have – which is possible). A nice metaphor is this: imagine coming to me with mud all over yourself. I have to clear the mud first in order to than see you clearly. If I’m trying to address an issue which is covered in mud, it might help a bit but won’t be as effective if I can actually clean it off you first!

My personal opinion is that the only similarity that shamanic healing has to reiki is that the practitioner is channelling energy from a “source” of energy.
A reiki practitioner tends to focus on the chakra system of an individual, whereas a shamanic practitioner enters into a different state of being in order to channel and understand the underlying cause of what is going on with a client which may include past lives, soul contracts, entities, etc.
It varies but here are some of the things that I use:

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is useful for almost everything. I’ve found that it has been particularly useful for the following:
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a very gentle and non-invasive technique which utilizes the nervous system as the main vehicle to address underlying issues (whether it’s physical, emotional, mental or spiritual).
It will involve light-touch around various places of the body (it’s not just limited to the head and the lower back), and there may even be some work on the jaw done.
The biggest thing you can expect is a sense of relaxation. Some people actually dose off!
For others, you might be more conscious of what is happening in your body than before. The sensations you can feel can be very different depending on each person. Sometimes you may feel shots of pain or headaches, other times your body feels like it needs to move, and for some, emotions will come up. All of these are temporary and come up as the stresses/traumas are slowly being released.
If I do touch your head, it is also common for your head to start moving in certain ways. I refer to this as fascial unwinding – sometimes the muscles and fascia in your neck are so tight that once you’re in such a relaxed state, your neck and head will move in various ways because it knows what it needs to do to release the tension. I will always be holding your head and not forcing it to go in any way. It’s very gentle and once it stops, you’ll probably feel like a different person!

You may need a spiritual clearing if you are experiencing any of the following (and this is not an exhaustive list):
I can never 100% guarantee that these energies won’t come back after a clearing. For the most part, once cleared, they are gone, but there is always the potential for you to attract these sorts of energies back again.
There are many reasons for this, but essentially, these energies have attached to you because on a subconscious or a conscious level, you have allowed it to happen. Things like taking drugs, plant medicine or alcohol can open you up to attracting these sorts of energies, but equally if you go into a state of fear, worry, lack strong boundaries, constantly give your power away to others, you can also attract it in.
It takes constant work and practice to ensure that you are protected from such energies. Look after yourself by eating foods that are nutritious, exercising, resting when you need to, getting adequate sleep, and also addressing the stresses and traumas in your life instead of ignoring them. The more you do this, the less chance you have of attracting such energies to you.

For all new clients who wish to see me for an intuitive healing session, I strongly recommend that you do this session first so that when you see me for a healing, we can start addressing your reasons for the session immediately.
Let’s put it this way – it’s easier for me to see what is going on when all of the excess gunk has been removed from you. You can’t see what’s under the mud unless it’s cleaned off right?!
The summary is high level and lists some of the things that were found in your energy field during the session. The list isn’t exhaustive as many things are happening during these sessions. You will get a gauge in terms of what your vibrational frequency is pre-clearing and post-clearing, so you can see how much these energies have affected you.
No doubt when you receive the summary you may have many questions about what are removed. I will only provide the information that is necessary for the clearing to be performed and will not be diving deeper to answer questions about why things were there unless I am guided to by your Spirit Guides. If the latter is the case, this will be included in the summary.
This summary is only provided for those who purchase an individual spiritual clearing and NOT a group spiritual clearing.
This will depend on each individual. Those who are energetically sensitive will feel the shift as the clearing is happening (or even before). For others, it may take a few hours or a few days. As we are working on an energetic level, sometimes the changes are subtle.. and you won’t notice a difference until you do (i.e. you might begin to observe that you are more at peace, have more energy, no longer get triggered by the particular thing that was triggering you, feel happier, etc).
For some people, sometimes things will get worse before they get better. Just know that it’s all part of the process!
All spiritual clearings will be done within 5 Business Days of your booking. There is no need to book a time and a date. I will send you an email or a message summarising what was found and cleared during the session once I have finished.
You can go about your day as the clearing is being done, just be aware that if you all of a sudden feel emotional or very tired, that may be the clearing at work.
These are performed on the 1st day of each month by 8.00pm AEDT. They are essentially the same as a normal spiritual clearing, except that I clear everyone in a group at the same time.
It’s a cost effective way to get a spiritual clearing. The difference is that you won’t receive a written or oral summary of me of what was cleared from your energy field. I would encourage that you follow me on my social media as I post in my Stories when I have completed them.

Whenever you feel like the house or space needs a refresh.
It’s great to do this as you’re moving into a new house, if death or illness has occurred in the house, when your housemates have moved out (or in), if you want to sell your home etc.
If you’re an owner of an investment property, consider doing it after each tenant moves out as who knows what may have gone down in there and that could affect your prospects of getting a new and great tenant!
No – all space clearings are performed remotely. I have done hundreds of space clearings remotely and they are effective in person as they are remotely. This allows me to be more accessible to you to clear your house/land. Some other people prefer attending a premises in person, but I like to do it remotely. It saves us all a lot of time and money in terms of travel!
I have cleared places in India, China, Mexico, the UK, France, Serbia, the USA as well as all over Australia and all of my clients tell me that the effects of the clearings are can be felt.
Like everything, I just tune into the energy of the land (I always get permission from the Spirit of the Land first) and the home and work with the Guides to clear it. These are all done remotely, and within 5 Business Days of your purchase of the clearing, I will perform it and send you an email summary once it is done.
All you have to do is provide me with an address and if you like (it’s not a requirement), let me know what type of energy you would like your place to have post clearing. No floorplan is required. You (and anyone else who lives in the home), just go about your day when this is occurring.
This is a really tough one and to be honest, I can’t. There can be a number of factors for this – e.g. soul contracts, I don’t have permission to remove certain things, or whether the entities or whatever I am clearing is actually attached to someone living in the premises as opposed to the premises itself.
If the entity or energy is attached to a person, this is usually covered in a spiritual clearing. You can purchase add on spiritual clearings as part of the space clearing at a reduced rate to the normal spiritual clearing.
Other times, there may be physical things that may affect it like geomagnetic issues and that can’t be fixed with the space clearings that I do.
These are performed on the last day of each month by 8.30pm AEDT. They are essentially the same as a normal space clearing, except that I don’t go through and do each land/home separately, they are done as a group (with other people who have signed up to receive it).

Like everything, I just tune into the energy of business and clear it. If there is a property or premises connected with the business the premises and the land will also be cleared. How you use it is entirely up to you and your inner guidance – whether it is to be a centerpiece on an altar, as part of your aromatherapy ritual, in a bath, etc.
All of my energy sprays are made in small batches solely by myself, and as such, I make them when I am guided to and feel the time is right.

Unfortunately, Australia Post regard my sprays as prohibited goods for carriage on planes due to the nature of the ingredients! Even if you were willing to pay for the postage and whatever other charges come with posting the parcel, there is always the risk that the item will be seized at customs within your particular country.
As such, I cannot offer the option of sending the sprays overseas.
