I'm 34 weeks pregnant this week and you may have noticed that over the past weeks I haven't been that active on my social media! The reason why is that I'm feeling the pull to slow down quite a lot and to conserve my time and energy which means that it is getting very close to the time for me to finish up providing my #healing services to everyone.⁠
⁠
For those in #Wollongong, my last day is this Friday 9 April. As of today, I am fully booked out. If you wanted to get on the wait list, please DM me.⁠

For those in #sydney and #surryhills, my last day is next Saturday 17 April. I am booked out tomorrow so if you wanted to see me, I do have some availability next Monday, Wed, Fri and 1 spot available on Saturday morning (9am). For those who prefer the last appointment, please DM me for Friday at 5pm or 5.30pm. My last appointments on Monday and Wednesday have already been taken.⁠

I'm not too sure when I will be back on board providing my services as this will be fully dependent on my baby's needs. I may be available for the ad hoc Zoom/online/phone #healing or #mentoring session during my maternity leave but it is unlikely that I will be back seeing people in person in #surryhills for at least a year. It is also possible that I may return to #wollongong and work from the premises for just a few hours every few weeks or so but again it depends on the little bub.⁠

To all of those who have seen me over the past few years, THANK YOU. Thank you so much for your support as well as your prayers and well wishes for the upcoming birth of my baby boy.⁠

I will be coming onto social media to keep you updated re pregnancy and the baby as well as the things I'm doing with him so that might be something that you have to look forward to!⁠

my thoughts on pregnancy, labor and being informed. I think it's so important to be informed about various aspects of your life but especially for first time mums, do yourself a favour and read up or attend a class which gives you information you need as well as empowers you to make choices that work for you. labor and childbirth doesn't have to be a bad thing or something to be feared. when you understand why things happen the way they do, you'll be in awe of the power of your body!! Arming yourself with techniques to help labor be more effective is also something that is very helpful!
