When doing nothing is actually doing something!

We live pretty busy lives – I get it. I don’t know about you, but as a small business owner, I always feel like I have to be doing something in order to feel like I’m actually doing something productive for my business (e.g. I need to constantly be thinking of new content, avenues to market to my audience, ways to build my clientele, things I can improve and automate, etc). As a remedial massage therapist, I was very keen to learn from the Altis team what they did to ensure that their athletes are “ready to compete”, and I have to admit, I was very happy to find out that we shared a very similar mindset to approaching the health and performance of their athletes – that is, it’s important to look after people from a holistic perspective, and crucial to this is communication and collaboration and telling your ego to “get out of the way”.
