Bookings

If you would like to book or reschedule a session in our Home Clinic or Better Balance, feel free to use the form below.

If you are a new client, you can fill in the Client Medical Record beforehand, otherwise you can fill in the record when you arrive for your session.

For sessions at Fusion Massage, please book via their website with Diana Nguyen as your therapist.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 50% of the price for the session applies for appointments booked for the Home Clinic and Better Balance that are cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the session.
